Identified - Gun instructor named Charles Vacca, 39-year-old, of Lake Havasu City, Arizona has died last Monday evening in University Medical Center at Las Vegas where he was airlifted to the hospital right after the incident happen.We heard and read lately in the news about the 9-year-old girl who accidentally shot his gun instructor.

That incident happened at the Bullets and Burgers range in Dolan Springs, Arizona, where Vacca's been a veteran instructor for years. It was when he's teaching her student at the range holding an Uzi type weapon when the girl accidentally pulled the trigger to automatic Uzi and that recoil sent the gun out of control and the victim was shot. The parents were also present during the said incident and was shocked as well.

There were never been an incident as such since the shooting range operates for years now. The staff are at grieve to what happened to Vacca as well as ti the tragic experience of the girl. According to investigators, there was no rules of laws were broken. The sherrif's office release a video that will serve as a key piece of evidence, though it does not show the shooting, only the before momentum of the tragedy.

Thus, Bullets and Burgers range has already change their Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) after the accident. Participants must be 5 feet tall and not less than 12 years in age in order to shoot.

No one blaming anyone, instead, Bullets and Burgers range also thinking the 9-year-old girl's traumatic experience.
