Every person has cancer cells in the body. The cancer cells cannot be seen if examined unless it has reached billions. If the doctor says that a person has no more cancer after treatment, it simply means that cancerous cell growth has dropped down below the billion levels, and is no longer visible upon examination.
In a person's lifetime, cancer cells may surface six to 10 times. Here are some tips to prevent cancer cells from surfacing:
Keep a Strong Resistance
If a person's resistance is strong, the runaway group of cancer cells can be contained and overcome. One way to promote strong resistance is daily exercise.
Genetic
If your family has a history of cancer, you have a high probability of inheriting the same tendency, especially if you live in degraded environment, have poor nutrition, or engage excessively in vices. In this situation the only thing that you can do is prevent it from spreading, it may sound abrupt but let's face it.
Healthy Diet
Eat frequently nutritious, natural food as well as take vitamins for supplements. Avoid fast food chains, processed meat and all other sustenance that uses artificial substances.
